To apply, please follow the following steps:

1. Apply today.
2. At the bottom, click "First time user account creation."
3. Create a unique login ID and a six-digit PIN number.
4. Select your application type, and then complete the approperiate fields per the application.
5. Once you have completed the application, send us your official high school transcripts or GED scores, official college and university transcripts from all schools attended.  (You can use our Official Transcript Request form)

The CAPS office will notify you of their admission decision once all of the required documents have been received.
