Andrew Horning Notes and Highlights:
Andrew William Horning was born on August 19th, 1992 where he was immediately put on the baseball fast track. From the mere age of 2 this big league prodigy was already hitting live pitching as well as perfecting his position at shortstop. Over the course of the next 12 years he bounced around the minor leagues in various orginazations until he finally decided to take his talents to The St. Ignatius High School.
Though faced with stiff competition during his high school years, his competitors were no match for his jaw-dropping abilities in the field, as well as his bomb-dropping abilities at the plate. However, the time finally came for this baseball dynamo to decide whether he would stay in the great city of Cleveland and continue his legacy, or take his talents not to South Beach, but to Norwood, Ohio.
After rigorous recruiting however, the decision was made to make his way down to Xavier University. Clearly Horning could not play for the second best baseball team at the school, that being the varsity baseball team, so he decided to take a chance and see if he could make the club baseball squad, clearly the most superior baseball team at Xavier. After countless workouts, team nights, and even a tryout, The Master was lucky enough to secure a spot on this star-studded team. Although Bud Selig constantly harrassess this baseball phenom to come to the bigs, he swears that he will never play for anyone other than XUCB because he is loyal to his team and to his fans, never asking the question, "What should I do?"
