Xavier University’s Williams College of Business is once again partnering with SODEC, the Southern Ohio District Export Council, for its fourth annual International Trade Conference.
“Selling to the Middle East & North Africa” will focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, Libya, & Algeria. The conference will take place at Xavier’s Cintas Center from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 22. Dr. Jamal Abu-Rashed, professor & director of the Center for International Business at Xavier will speak on international trade. Other topics include free trade agreements, corporate and governmental perspectives, banking challenges and legal considerations. Presenters from Procter & Gamble, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Inter-American Development Bank, and Frost Brown Todd, LLP are among those slated to speak. The keynote luncheon address will be given by Robert (Bob) L. Fregolle, Jr., Global Officer-Customer Business Development with Procter & Gamble.
