Xavier University introduced the inaugural class of Cintas Institute for Business Ethics Graduate Fellows on Oct. 5.Fellows are MBA students who have expressed an interest in issues related to ethics, governance, leadership and sustainability (EAGLES) by taking elective graduate courses within these areas. MBA students who have taken, or are registered for, two courses within these areas, can apply to be Fellows.
Applications include transcripts, a personal essay and faculty recommendation about why this student would be a good Fellow. Those selected will successfully explain how their personal business knowledge and career potential will be enhanced by EAGLES and must have a resume and record which demonstrate maturity and personal integrity.
