UPDATE 09-26-2012 Robbery

On 9/25/12 at 2250, a Xavier Student was assaulted and robbed at the corner of Huston Ave and Mentor Ave in Norwood. Three unknown males took a wallet and cell phone. The student was struck in the head with a stick by one of the males during the offense. The males were described as all under 20 YOA, all approximately 6' in height, one wearing a gray hoodie, one wearing a black hoodie with a red design and no description on the third. The suspects were last scene headed south on Huston Ave towards the Norwood Plaza lot.   Norwood Police detained three subjects for investigation.  If you have any information about this robbery contact the Xavier Police Department.

 

On 10/03/12 Norwood Police have charged 1 adult and two juveniles with aggravated robbery,  related to this report.
