University puts faces on Darfur crisis

Israeli college student discusses efforts to organize relief efforts | March 3, 2008

Israeli college student Elisheva Milikowski is discussing her efforts to organize a relief network for African refugees fleeing to Israel on March 9 from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. in the Schiff Family Conference Center. Milikowski’s unique perspective includes stirring accounts of refugees merged into a presentation that puts names and faces on the staggering statistics on the crisis in Darfur.
