Kohlhepp will be recognized for his invaluable leadership to both Xavier and Cintas through the creation of the Sr. Rose Ann Fleming Endowment for Student-Athlete Academic Advising. The endowment reflects Kohlhepp’s dedication, loyalty and passion that helped transform Xavier University into one of America's greatest universities. It also recognizes Kohlhepp as one of the leading forces for more than 40 years behind the outstanding performance of Cintas.
“Bob Kohlhepp’s leadership and generosity are felt everyday at Xavier University,” said Michael Graham, president of Xavier University. “He is truly a man for others on every level, personally, professionally and in all that he gives back to the community.”
Dick Farmer, Founder and Chairman of Cintas Corporation added, “We are delighted to have the opportunity to recognize Bob Kohlhepp’s tremendous contribution to Cintas over the past 40 years. His dedication, loyalty and passion have benefited our company, and enriched the lives of many Cintas employee-partners over the years.”
The endowment is named in honor of Xavier’s Sr. Rose Ann Fleming who for more than two decades has served as the academic advisor for Xavier students-athletes and has guided Xavier to national recognition for student-athlete graduation success.
The endowment will be initially funded by gifts from the Farmer Family Foundation and the Cintas Corporation.
In addition to the endowment, Kohlhepp will be honored with a plaque in Xavier’s Hall of Fame located in the west concourse of the Cintas Center.
