Xavier's Intercultural Communication Group hosting writing workshop

Workship titled 'Writing to Prevent Legal Liability' | October 22, 2007

Tom Clark, professor of management, is revealing six principles that can help employees avoid having their words used against them and their organization in antitrust, product safety or employee litigation in a workshop titled, “Avoiding the Scary Stuff: Writing To Prevent Legal Liability.” The lecture and lunch take place on Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, 300 Carew Tower, 441 Vine St., Downtown.

This workshop, presented by Xavier’s Intercultural Communication Group, is ideal for professionals in environmental, safety and security-related positions, as well as those in corporate communication and human resources or anyone who may be seen by the courts as having the position and expertise to speak for their organization in an official capacity.

The cost of the workshop is $25 per person if you register by Oct. 23. The cost is $30 if you register after Oct. 23 and by Oct. 30. Lunch is included in the registration cost.
