University receives more than $150,000 from P&G fund

Gift matches amount donated to Xavier by employees, retirees, P&G board members | September 19, 2005

The University has received $151,993 from The Procter & Gamble (P&G) Fund as part of P&G’s matching gift program. The gift matches two-to-one the amount donated to Xavier from employees, retirees, and/or board members of P&G. The original donations were made to a variety of University funds, which enables Xavier to continue to give students a high-quality learning experience.

P&G’s matching gifts are only given to institutions of higher learning. Xavier has been the recipient of a P&G matching gift for many years.

The matching gift covers donations made during Xavier’s fiscal year of June 1, 2004, through May 31, 2005.
