The current issue of Connections, a monthly news publication of the Association of Jesuit Colleges & Universities, examines the contributions of the many women in leadership positions at the nation's 28 Jesuit colleges and universities, traditionally run by men.

Included is a feature article on Debra Mooney, Ph.D., who is the acting director of Ignatian programs at Xavier. Trained as a clinical psychologist, she was asked to assume the position as acting director when director George Traub, S.J., took a sabbatical. She is expected to assume the job permanently in June.
