Chris Klug is the Director of the Center for Veterans Affairs at Xavier University. He is a veteran, having served 3 years as an infantryman in the United States Army. Chris did a year-long tour in Iraq and has received the following honors: Combat Infantryman Badge, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon.
Chris received his Bachelors of Liberal Arts as well as his Masters in the Executive Human Resource Development program from Xavier University. In addition to his military and educational experience, Chris has a business background that includes recruitment, sales, networking in higher education, and 3 years serving as the Assistant Director of the Center for Veterans Affairs at Xavier University.
With his combination of skills and his commitment to the Armed Forces and veterans, Chris is eager to support veterans through their journey of higher education at Xavier University.
