Joyce Huber, executive for Health Services Strategic Initiatives at GE Aviation, joined GE in 1984 with the Purchasing Department. Most recently she was manager for Health Care and Medical Programs at GE. In 1996 she transitioned to Human Resources and has spent the last 17 years managing Global Health care and Medical Programs. These include Health and Wellness, Disability and Workers Compensation, Drug Free Workplace Programs, GE Aviation on-site clinics and managing in excess of $600B in US employee health benefits. In this role, she spent 5 years as Co-Chair for the GE Aviation Diversity Council and received her Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Outside of GE, she served on the Board for the Cincinnati Employers Health Care Alliance and 10 years on the Advisory Board for Xavier University’s Masters of Health Services Administration Program.
Huber earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Xavier in 1983. She lives in Anderson Township with her son (Robby), daughter (Tori), and husband (Scott).
