Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and held roles in program development, design, quality assurance, training development and training coordination. Mary left the Information Systems industry to own and operate a small business and work for a non-profit agency as an event and program coordinator before coming to Xavier.
Mary manages the day-to-day office operations for the Office of Student Involvement and is the first point of contact for students and visitors to the office. She provides departmental programming and event support, budget administration and management of student organization travel, space, and outdoor event requests. She provides direct administrative support for the Senior Director of Student Affairs, the Associate and Assistant Directors for Student Involvement, and supervises the student worker.
Mary coordinates the events for Family Weekend and the All Honors Day Student Leadership Assembly. She manages departmental representation at club days, admissions events, and other information fairs. She provides support for Manresa New Student Orientation, student leadership programming, Student Activities Council, Senior Board and student organization related programming.
