Biography:

Lifang Wu is a professor of operations and supply chain management in the Williams College of Business at Xavier University. Lifang received his Ph.D. in Operations Management at the University of Iowa in 2004. His research interests include global supply chain management, operations management, process improvement, and operations strategy. His research work has appeared in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management Review, Total Quality Management, Business Process Management Journal, and International Journal of Electronic Business. He currently teaches undergraduate and graduate level operations management and global supply chain management courses.
