Registered nurses who wish to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing or a post-master's certificate have options for entry points (RN to MSN through post-master's certificate) and several focus area options including, for experienced RNs with a BSN or MSN, the NEW Family Nurse Practitioner Track. Experienced BSN-prepared registered nurses are eligible to apply for the FNP track and experienced MSN-prepared nurses are eligible for the post-master's FNP certificate track.
The MSN MIDAS program is designed for Individuals with a bachelor's degree in another discipline who wish to begin a career in nursing. The 20 month, five consecutive semester full-time day program, awards graduates a Master of Science in Nursing. Graduates are prepared to sit for the NCLEX-RN and for the Clinical Nurse Leader certification exam.
