WebEx is an integrated voice, video, and Web conferencing solution that is deployed over Xavier's internal networks. With WebEx, you can set up and attend meetings from a variety of different interfaces, including your Microsoft Outlook calendar. Workshop attendees will learn how to schedule meetings, change details for an existing meeting, record a meeting, and use the available WebEx features during a meeting.</p>
