<div>The doors for employment in America have opened wider than ever for diverse candidates, but the cement ceiling is still thick. Students of various backgrounds (LGBT, multicultural, international, students of color, women, etc.) are invited to learn from successful panelists about their strategies for success in the workplace. &nbsp;There are many unwritten workplace rules. &nbsp;This program is designed to get to the core about these experiences in the workplace that are often not talked about, but eventually learned. &nbsp;</div>

<div>This panel serves as the kick-off event for a year-long professional development series, <strong>Uncensored</strong>: &nbsp;<em>Perform. &nbsp;Deliver. &nbsp;Produce!</em> &nbsp;Sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) and the Career Services Center, your participation will help you prepare for the workplace as well as help Xavier develop multicultural and diverse students to be competitive, confident, and credible &ndash; fully committed to excellence.</div>
