Nursing

The Bachelor of Science in nursing is a community-based, holistic program focused on a health and wellness model that educates future nurses in the skills of communication, coordination and cooperation with other health care professionals. After four years of study, students are qualified to sit for the registered nurse licensure examination following their successful completion of the program as well as holistic nurse certification examination.

Sport Studies

The sport management and marketing programs prepare students to work in the sport industry. This industry is competitive, and for students to succeed, it is necessary to network and build relationships in the industry while pursuing undergraduate education. To this end, the program seeks to maximize student contact with industry professionals and enhance understanding of the business of sport through rigorous academic preparation.

Athletic Training

Athletic training is an allied health profession within the American Medical Association. Our mission is to enhance the quality of health care for the physically active through prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Certified athletic trainers are part of a Sports Medicine team approach of total medical care including the athlete, coaches, orthopedic physician and allied health medical specialists.
