Raising children with special needs is a tough job that can be rewarding. A symposium co-sponsored by the Center for Infants and Children with Special Needs at Cincinnati Children’s and Xavier will be on April 8. Parents raising children with special needs will find information, resources and networking opportunities in an effort to build family resiliency. On Friday, February 4, students from Xavier University, Central State University, and University of Cincinnati will present debate arguments and showcase their musical and artistic talents during The Great Debate. The Great Debate, an intellectual and cultural experience promoting the highest cultural, intellectual, moral, philosophical and spiritual principles of leadership, debates and artistic expressions will be held at 7 pm in Xavier University’s Gallagher Center Theater.

From 4:30 - 8 pm in the Hoff Marketplace in the Cintas Center, Taquería Mercado (locations in Fairfield, Florence, and downtown Cincinnati) will serve Mexican cuisine.
