CINCINNATI, Sept. 28 -- Xavier’s Professional Development Center and Cincinnati NEW (Network of Executive Women) are hosting a free panel event on Oct 17 from 5 pm – 7 pm at Xavier’s Cintas Center. Male and female graduate and undergraduate students from UC, Miami, NKU and Xavier are invited. This particular event is open to students only and registration is required.
 
The topic is careers in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail Industry and the skills needed for these roles.  A panel of experienced professionals from top companies who have built successful careers will share their experiences and answer questions.  This is a chance to network and students will have the opportunity to apply for an industry mentor to provide one-on-one support and guidance.   Panelists include: Sandy Cutler and Anne Schinbeckler of Energizer, Matt Thompson of Kroger, Stephanie Getz of RGI, Debra Harris of Shankman and Sara Austin of Unilever.
