Q: Can I register online and pay by check or be invoiced?
A: Not currently. If you would like to pay by check or be invoiced, please call us at (513) 745-3396 or mail us your registration form (you can find a pdf form on each course page) to Xavier Leadership Center, 3800 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45207-7771. We are currently working on a form for our online registration that will allow you to register and choose the option of paying by check or to be invoiced. This will become available by the first of 2009. We appreciate your patience as we build our website to fit the needs of all of our guests.

Q: What is included with the payment of the registration fee?
A: The registration fee includes seminar attendance, participant materials, on-premises lunch (for full-day programs), refreshment breaks and parking.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for registration fees?
A: Yes! We offer team savings, early bird savings and multi-course discounts. Please give us a call to take advantage of these savings at (513) 745-3396. TEAM SAVINGS When a group of three or more participants from the same organization attends the same seminar, each participant is entitled to a 10% discount on the seminar fee. Q: Are CEU's awarded for any of the courses offered through Xavier Leadership Center?
A: Yes! Both continuing education units (CEU's) and certificates of completion are awarded for participation.

Q: Where are courses held?
A: The courses are held in the Schiff Conference Center on the fourth level of the Cintas Center, located at 1624 Herald Avenue on Xavier University's campus unless otherwise noted.

Q: How do you handle substitutions, cancellations and refunds?
A: Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the day of the seminar. Please notify the Xavier Leadership Center in advance by calling (513) 745-3396 or (800) 982-2673. We allow cancellations up to one week prior to the seminar. After that, a 50% seminar fee will be imposed. No-shows will be assessed a 100% fee. Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received.

A: Yes. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with the seminar for any reason, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
