Dr. Lee came aboard Williams College of Business as an Assistant Professor in 2010.
Dr. Lee had studied in Korea, United Kingdom, and United States. She received her LL.M. in International Economic Law at the University of Warwick and M.B.A. at Purdue University. She obtained a Ph.D. in Strategic Management at Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. She earned the Krannert Certificate for Outstanding Teaching Award in 2007. Prior to joining academe, she had worked as a newspaper reporter in Korea.
Currently, Dr. Lee teaches Strategic Management and International Management. Her research investigates determinants of innovation after divestiture, determinants of diversification modes, and global supplier management. Her work has been published in Int’l Journal of Business and Globalisation, Journal of Small Business Strategy, etc. She also participated in the Academy of Management Junior Faculty Consortium (invitation only; Business Policy division) in summer 2010.
