Dr. Shriberg, Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Xavier University, spent twenty years as a Vice President and/or Dean in four urban universities.  Currently, he teaches courses in Leadership, Management and Interpersonal Skills, Human Resource Management, and Diversity and Inclusion (courses he helped develop) to undergraduate and graduate students. He also serves as the Chair of the E Pluribus Unum Program. He has won several teaching awards and has supervised and mentored doctoral students on four continents. In 2010, he served as a Visiting Professor at Southern Cross University in Australia.

He has just completed the fourth edition of the textbook, that he co-authors with his son- David Shriberg, Practicing Leadership:  Principles and Applications (Wiley and Sons, Inc., N.J., 2011). This multi-discipline textbook is used in colleges and universities throughout the world.  Dr. Shriberg is a well-known motivational speaker and humorist.  He has keynoted over 300 meetings and conferences. His degrees are from Columbia University (Ed. D.), Boston University (M.A.), Xavier University (Executive M.B.A.) and Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania (B.A.). He was President of the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission, President of Temple Shalom and is currently active in many civic groups.  He has been a national officer for four professional organizations. Dr. Shriberg and his wife Margie, have three children, and four grandchildren.
