Biography:
Dr. Pawlukiewicz joined Xavier in 1989. His primary teaching responsibilities are in the areas of Managerial Finance and Financial Modeling. An award-winning teacher, Jamie was selected as the teacher of the year in the General Electric On-site MBA program by the classes of 1998, 2000, and 2001. His research interests include the areas of option pricing, financial market efficiency, and mergers and acquisitions.
Dr. Pawlukiewicz earned a B.S. in Business and Economics (1974), an M.S. in Economics (1976), and a Ph.D. in Finance (1991) from the University of Kentucky. He served as chair of the department since 1998 - 2007.
