Doug brings over 17 years as an information technology professional working in higher education, telecommunications, and government contracting.  Doug has worked with a wide variety of platforms and web development technologies including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, HTML/CSS, PHP, SQL, database architecture & design, and web applications development. Doug also holds several industry-recognized certifications including: Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) - SQL Server 2005, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC), Linux+ Certified Professional and Certified Novell Administrator (CNA).  Additionally, he has served as a Subject Matter Expert for the latest revision of CompTIA's Linux+ exam.
