Dr. Vishal Kashyap is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Williams College of Business, Xavier University. Dr. Kashyap’s research interests focus on the design, coordination, and management of interfirm relationships, contracting, franchising, interorganizational fairness, and marketing strategy. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Business Research, IndustrialMarketing Management, and the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management among others. For his research Dr. Kashyap has been awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship multiple times and is currently the recipient of the O’Conor Research Fellowship for the years 2012-2015. Dr. Kashyap has developed and taught courses on distribution channels and marketing strategy at both the undergraduate and MBA levels and has won teaching awards for his teaching at the MBA level. Currently, Dr. Kashyap is the Vice Chair of Communications for the Inter Organizational Special Interest Group (IOSIG) of the American Marketing Association.
