Biography:

Rebecca Andres is Principal Flutist of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra. She plays the Cincinnati Ballet Orchestra, and is a regular extra on flute and piccolo with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Pops and May Festival. As a member of the DPO Woodwind Quintet, she has given more than 1500 concerts for young people of all ages. A faculty member at Xavier University, she has taught at the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music (CCM), Northern Kentucky University, and the University of Dayton.
