| Description: |
Today's fellowship will feature Xavier director of photography Greg Rust and his daughter, Erin. Greg will talk about his participation in The Longest Walk in 1978 during his junior year of college. Erin, a sophomore at Xavier, will talk about her participation with the Cheyenne and their yearly Morning Star Ride remembering The Little Bighorn. They will present from 3:00 – 3:30 pm in room 280 of the Gallagher Student Center. From 3:30-5:00, “Pow-Wow Highway” will be shown while participants eat a meal provided by the Black Greek Council. Greg and Erin will stay to talk further about the movie and the differences that students can make in Native American issues. The event is free and open to the public. |
