FGIOENC Open Encumbrances

Use this form to view information about all of the commitments that are currently open for a particular fund/org. Encumbrances that been completely paid or cancelled will no longer be shown in this list.

You can access FGIOENC through the menu choice OPTIONS on form FGIBDST. The same fund/org will be the defaults that were on FGIBDST.

Or you can access it directly from the direct access field on GUAGMNU by typing FGIOENC in the "GO TO" box.

If you use the more direct method, the chart and fiscal year (current year) fields will have default information. You will need to type in the fund/org for which you want information. Click NEXT BLOCK .

Any purchase order that is currently committed in the fund/org will be listed in PO number order.

If you came in from Option on FGIBDST, click once and you will be taken back to FGIBDST.

If you came in from GUAGMNU, clicking once will take you back to the main menu.

You can drill down for an encumbrance's details by using the OPTIONS menu on form FGIOENC and select QUERY DETAIL ENCUMBRANCE INFORMATION [FGIENCD].

Using the mouse, highlight the encumbrance document number for which you want details. Click OPTIONS. Click Query Detail Encumbrance Information.

Click once and you will be taken back to FGIOENC.
