FGIENCD Encumbrance Detail Activity Form

The FGIENCD form provides an online query of detailed transaction activity for an original encumbrance entry as well as all transaction activity against the encumbrance.

You may access the FGIENCD form by putting your cursor on the PO number from the form FGIOENC (Organizational Encumbrance List Form.) Once you have put your cursor on the selected PO number, using your mouse, click on options and then select "Detail Encumbrance Activity - FGIENCD."

You can type FGIENCD in the direct access ("Go To" line) box on the general menu page and press "enter."

You must have your PO number ready to type in. Then click NEXT BLOCK .

The first block of information contains vendor information and the date that the purchase order was created.

The second block of information contains the FOAPs that the purchase order is encumbered to for future expensing. Note: Remember to look at the sequence number and the scroll bar to the right. There may be more than one FOAP.

The third block of information lists the encumbering detail information or transactions of increases, decreases and final closing. Note: Remember to use the scroll bar to the right to see all of the transactions.
