FGIBSUM Organization Budget Summary Form

This form shows a summary of budget information by revenue, total personnel and non-personnel expenditures and transfers for a specific fund/org

Use this form to get the available balance for funds that do not have budgets. Take the net amount in the YTD activity column and subtract total commitments and you will have your available balance for those funds that do not have a budget.

On the main menu form, GUAGMNU, either type FGIBSUM in the direct access "Go To" field, from your personal menu, or through the main menus:

The information populated in the block below the header block is displayed by account types, that is by Revenue(R), Labor Expense(L), Expense(E), and Transfer(T) account types.

You can also get to FGIBSUM from the FGIBDST form by clicking on OPTIONS after inputting the appropriate fund/org and clicking on NEXT BLOCK.
