Public Relations

The office of media relations can assist in publicizing your event, news or interesting story to the general public through the media.

This includes:

• Writing news releases to be distributed to appropriate media outlets
• Listing events on on-line calendars
• Arranging media interviews
• Taking photos for media and web usage

In most cases, news releases should be distributed a minimum of two weeks before an event and even earlier if there is a registration deadline. Therefore, please contact us at least four weeks before your event.
