Biology Concentrations

Natural Sciences Minor

The minor in natural sciences is designed for undergraduate students who wish to complete science courses generally required of applicants to medical school while completing a bachelor's degree in a non-science major. Thirty-six hours of science courses are required for the minor, including BIOL 160, 161, 162, 163, CHEM 160, 161, 162, 162, 240, 241, 242, 243 and PHYS 160, 161, 162, 163. A 2.0 cumulative average must be attained in these courses.
