Adult, Weekend & Evening Students (AWE office)
As an adult student at Xavier, we highly encourage you to take advantage of advising services. Our advisors can help plan your schedule, discuss your goals and be your liaison with other offices on campus. We have advising hours during the day, evenings and on Saturdays and can also set up phone advising appointments if that is more convenient for you.

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm*

To access your student account, you can go to the Student Hub, http://www.xavier.edu/students.
The Student Hub is the internal home page for students. This site will adjust according to the user's device, such as a tablet or smartphone. Here you could access your Xavier email, make a payment, access Canvas and Self Service. The Self Service link is where you will find your academic records and can also access registration information, view your schedule, view unofficial transcript, add or drop classes, view grades, apply to graduate, etc. You will need to log in with your Xavier user name and password.
Students could register on line on the Student Hub, by contacting an advisor in the AWE Advising office (CLC 5th Floor) or through the Office of the Registrar.
If you need to drop, add or withdraw from a course, it’s best to contact your advisor the help with the process. NOTE: Failure to attend class is not sufficient notice to the University of your intent to withdraw. You must officially withdraw from a course or it will result in a punitive grade of ‘VF’. To officially withdraw, this form must be filled out and returned to the Office of the Registrar or your advisor, http://www.xavier.edu/registrar/forms/documents/dropadd.pdf.
If you have not taken classes within the last year, your student account may need to be reactivated. Contact Tricia Meyer, email@example.com, to have your account reactivated.
