The Travel Authority On-line Booking Tool

Reservations can be made once you complete the on-line registration process. The product has two distinct sides: Corporate Travel and Personal Travel. Once you complete the steps below, you'll be ready to fly!

Register

1. Access The Travel Authority website.

2. At the top of the home page, click on "Not a member yet?  Join Now".

3. On the welcome page, enter Xavier's Company Account ID: Xavier - click Join.

4. Complete the on-line Member Registration page - fill in all required information. You will then see a Thank You page - your registration is complete.

5. Go to the My Account tab on the upper right side of the page. Fill in your profile information. Always save each page. This will be used during the reservation process.

6. You must now become an Authorized Business traveler. Click where it states..."Click here to request Business Travel Authorization". Click on Submit Request.  You will have access to booking travel within 24 hours of submitting this request.

7. Log-in using the e-mail and password used for registration. You are now ready to make travel arrangements.
