Door Access Information
Your Xavier University ALL Card is your key to accessing various campus facilities including Residence Halls as well as some administrative and academic buildings.
If you are a campus resident and/or are pre-authorized for access to a particular door, you simply swipe your card through the card readers at the entrance to gain access to the building.
Each building has varying days and times that faculty, staff and students can access certain doors. Please see signage at entrances for details.
The following buildings currently have access controlled openings:

The following offices or points of contact are the only ones with authority to grant access to secured facilities:

- Holly Banner (x3412) for MBA Off-Site classrooms only
- Sandi Schubert (x4885) for Residence halls only
- Alison Morgan (x3931) for Learning Commons only
- Erik Ball (x1970) for Campus Services Building only
- Amy Ensor (x-4359) for McDonald Library only
A Request for Access form can be submitted using the link on the left, and must be submitted by one of the authorized persons listed above.

- Spring 2012 - Perimeter doors of Elet Hall, Cohen Center, Gallagher Center, Hailstones Hall, McGrath Health & Wellness Center, O'Connor Sports Center, Alter Hall, Schott Hall, Edgecliff Hall, Schmidt Hall and Hinkle Hall.
- Summer 2012 - Perimeter doors of Albers Hall, Lindner Hall, Logan Hall, Joseph Hall, Alumni Center, Bellarmine Chapel, Cintas Center, Armory and Schmidt Fieldhouse.
