Q. Even though FedEx Office is no longer in the Gallagher Student Center, can I still submit jobs to them for processing?
A. Yes. You can submit them through the DocStore Online ordering site, or drop off your job in the the FedEx Office drop box conveniently located in the campus Mail Center. A FedEx Office representative will collect from the drop box twice daily.
Q. How do I contact a FedEx Office representative if I need assistance with my order.
A. You can use the same 4-digit campus phone number as always (ext. 1937) or via e-mail at kinkos@xavier.edu. Calls and messages are forwarded real-time to FedEx Office.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. Acceptable forms of payment include Xavier departmental ORG or FUND numbers, major commercial credit cards, and of course, cash.
