Q. How do I submit jobs to FedEx Office for processing?

A. You can submit them through the Print Online ordering site, or drop off your job in the the FedEx Office drop box conveniently located in the campus Mail Center, ML 2152. A FedEx Office representative will collect from the drop box twice daily.

Q. How do I contact a FedEx Office representative if I need assistance with my order.

A. You can use the same 4-digit campus phone number as always (ext.1937) or via e-mail at kinkos@xavier.edu. Calls and messages are forwarded real-time to the FedEx Office-Hyde Park location.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

A. Acceptable forms of payment include Xavier departmental ORG or FUND numbers, major commercial credit cards, and of course, cash.

Q. How do I receive a FedEx Office Xavier University Faculty and Staff Discount Card?

A. To print your own card login to the MyXU Portal, click on the "Business Tab", go to "Xavier Buy" and click on the FedEx Office link under "Office Supplies" or call the ALL Card Center at ext. 3374 for a laminated copy.
