Q.  How does the copy machine duplex?
A.  Press the key 1-1, then 2-2, then press start.

Q. Where is the jam in the copy machine, I can not locate it?
A.  First, follow the copy machine directions on finding the jam and pulling out the paper; the jammed areas will be highlighted on the copier screen. If you have done this and there is still a jam error message, turn the machine off then back on.

Q. How do I work the exposure key to make a copy lighter or darker?
A.  Press auto text, then press the arrows more to the left or right to make the copy lighter or darker.

Q. How do I use the copy machine? Are there any training classes available?
