Please go to to the Parking home page and click on Purchase Permit link. Once on the site you must log in using your Xavier username and password. Once logged in, click on "Buy A Xavier Permit" and the permits available to you will be displayed. You may also login here.
How long will it take to receive my new Xavier parking permit?
It will typically take 5-7 business days for you to receive your parking permit in the US mail. Please review Xavier University's Parking Rules and Regulations. Our Xavier Campus Map highlights available parking lots by permit types. There is also a PDF version of the campus map here. Each parking permit has a specific set of parking lots that correspond to the pass you have been assigned. It is very important that you abide by these assignments. Failure to do so could result in a citation.
Where should I park on game nights or when special events are taking place on campus?
Please refer to the campus announcements on the Student or Employee Hubs, Xavier today, Digital Signage, or e-mails sent to students, faculty, and staff prior to an event. These announcements will give the best directions on where to park in advance of an event. Lot availability will change for these events and one may not be able to park in a lot that is normally assigned to your permit type. You may also refer to the Xavier Athletics page or the Xavier University Parking Rules and Regulations for more information.
