What are the acceptable methods of payment?

We gladly accept both X-Cash and Dining Dollars, however Dining Dollars is only allowed to purchase food and drink items.  We also accept department charges, credit cards, cash and checks.

 

Can customers request special items that you do not carry?

Yes, we are constantly looking for feedback to enhance our selection.  Please feel free to email in requests or stop by and see any of our helpful staff. 

 

Do you carry Xavier gifts and apparel?

While we do not offer these items, they are available through the Xavier University Bookstore, located directly above us in the Gallagher Student Center.  Visit www.xavier.bkstr.com to visit us online.

 

When does new product arrive?

While all products have different delivery timetables, we receive most shipments Tuesday and Thursday morning.  We also receive daily delivery of fresh produce, salads and sandwiches from Xavier Dining Services.

 

What supplies do you carry?

We carry a full line of health and beauty products as well as a large supply of general household items.  We have also recently introduced a small assortment of school supplies for your convenience. 

 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards that are accepted at both Ignatian Station and the XU Bookstore.  We also have a full line of third party gift cards from companies such as Target, Subway and dozens of others.  Included in this assortment are also Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Please note that gift cards cannot be purchased on X-Cash.

 

Is the convenience store student run?

Yes, while there is oversight from non student managers, the daily operational responsibilities fall to our student managers.  These student managers are highly trained to provide you with the best service possible.  Not only do they achieve academically every day, but they also maintain great standards and values in the workplace.
