Welcome to Xavier University's online application. Once your application is submitted and we receive your complete set of credentials, we will begin the process of evaluating your application. We expect to start making admission decisions in October.

The admission committee reviews each application individually, taking into consideration all credentials that are submitted.

Freshman Applicants
High school seniors or transfer students with fewer than 12 transferable semester credit hours (18 quarter hours) may complete this application for the Spring 2013 & Fall 2013 classes.
When completing our application, please choose the correct enrollment year (2013) and then select the 2013 First-Year application.
Transfer Applicants
Transfer applicants with fewer than 12 transferable semester credit hours (18 quarter hours) must complete the freshman application and follow the instructions for freshman applicants.
Transfer applicants with 12 transferable semester credit hours (18 quarter hours) or more must complete the transfer application.
When completing our application, please choose the correct enrollment year (2013) and then select the 2013 Transfer application.
International Applicants
International freshman and transfer applicants must submit this application. All documents must be translated into English.
