   About Applied HRM Research

Applied HRM Research is a peer-reviewed journal sponsored by Xavier University and the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC). Although it has been on hiatus, it will be published twice a year, once in the summer and then again in late winter. The audience for the journal is human resource practitioners and academicians interested in applied research. The journal typically contains full-length articles, but also publishes brief reports of validation studies.

The full contents of the journal are published electronically at xavier.edu/appliedhrmresearch/issues.html. Full text versions of the articles are available through Google Scholar and abstracts of the articles are available through the American Psychological Association's Psych Info. This combination should make Applied HRM Research one of the most accessible journals for practitioners, researchers, and students.
