Immigration Reform Update
The momentum for immigration reform continues to grow with efforts from the business community, the tech sector, the Senate's Gang of Eight, and immigrant supporters everywhere. A most interesting and well-timed article from the Wall Street Journal gives credence to a valuable fact: Immigration reform will improve Social Security's finances by $4.6 trillion.
It is often mis-argued that immigrants take more than they contribute. Nothing could be further from the truth.
We are a proud proponent of immigration reform. Our country prospers with the hopes and efforts of new immigrants, who help keep the American Dream alive.
It is possible that by July 4th, we ALL will be able to celebrate our nation's founding and the values that make the American Dream possible.
