The Academic Honors Convocation will take place on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the James and Caroline Duff Banquet Center of the Cintas Center. This event recognizes those students who have excelled in the classroom and have qualified for a special award of honor.

The Academic Honors Convocation will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the honored students processing into the Banquet Center. Honorees should report to Conference Room One in the Schiff Family Conference Center by 8:00 a.m. to register, assemble and receive final instructions for the ceremony. The entrance to the Schiff Family Conference Center is located on the east side of the Cintas Center near the C2 parking lot. Please enter the building through this door, turn left and proceed down the corridor to Conference Room One.

Be aware that if you do not register in the conference room prior to the Academic Honors Convocation, it will not be possible to read your name during the ceremony.

All guests are invited to attend a reception at Sedler Plaza, outside the Cintas Center immediately following the ceremony.

If you are unable to attend the convocation, please pick up your award in Dr. Snodgrass’ Office, Alter 124, on Monday, April 23 or Tuesday, April 24.
