As we begin into Xavier's second full month of classes, it is my pleasure to send you this special e-mail. Over the past 8 years, the Xavier athletic department has had many successes on the court, field, course and in the classroom. One of those successes has been the evolution of the All for One Club.
On Sept. 1, Matthew Mattmiller joined Xavier to direct the day-to-day operations of athletic development. I am very excited to have such a talented individual to spend every moment of every day working on the All for One program and spending time with investors in Xavier athletics.
The introduction phase of the All for One is complete and the time is now to make an even more significant impact on Xavier athletics and become what we all dream it can become. Donations and investments in the athletic programs and the student-athletes we serve, are a necessity to continue operating in a first class and ethical manner. Your support over the years and yet to come makes an impact on all that you see every day when you witness Xavier athletes in action. This continues to be an exciting time to be at Xavier and it is my pleasure to officially welcome Matthew Mattmiller to our team. |

All For One supporters,
I am privileged to be sending you this letter of introduction. My name is Matthew Mattmiller and I am excited to join the Xavier family as the newly hired Director of Athletic Development.
Over the last two years, I worked in a similar capacity at Northern Illinois and also spent time previous to that working at Ohio State and Arizona State University. Originally from Dublin, Ohio I am thrilled to be close to home and serving Xavier University.
Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to meet Dan Cloran and Mike Bobinski. I was impressed by their passion for Xavier and their leadership that is recognized on a national level. The opportunity to work with them and their shared passion and vision was one I hoped would come about.
When I was informed about the position created to work with the All For One Club, I jumped at the chance. When I was fortunate enough to be extended an offer to join the athletic development team it was, simply, a "no-brainer."
This is a new position in athletics, created primarily to enhance the day-to-day operation of the All For One Club. Also, the All For One team you have come to know over the past years remains intact.
Dan Cloran will continue to serve as Executive Director of All For One, Tom Brady will play a significant role in the transition, and Xavier will continue to benefit from the hard work of Darlene Gilligan.
Our team is proud of all that the All For One Club has achieved. Your support that you have been able to provide to the athletic programs and our student-athletes has truly made a difference. But we all believe the best is yet to come for the All For One Club and for Xavier. As we work together to that end, please know I am here to be a resource to you for all of your All For One and athletic related needs.
Remember, you are the X-factor! Together we will shape the future of Xavier and make a difference in lives of Musketeer student-athletes. Thank you for all you've done and continue to do for Xavier athletics and the student-athletes it serves.
Gratefully,
Matthew A. Mattmiller
