Academic Advising

The Academic Advising Center assists undergraduate students in their pursuit of educational plans and programs, which will aid them in fulfilling their major or degree requirements and/or prepare them for a career.  The Center ensures that every undergraduate student in the three colleges has an academic advisor and understands:

  • academic policies
  • registration procedures
  • core curriculum requirements
  • requirements in individual majors

Academic advising is provided for students in all of Xavier's three colleges and the Center for Adult and Part-Time Students: College of Arts and Sciences, College of Social Sciences, Health, and Education, Williams College of Business, and CAPS.
