Student Support Request
The Student Academic Support Services (SASS) Hot Button is a campus-wide retention initiative that helps us identify students who are having academic difficulty or are experiencing a personal crisis. When you complete the SASS Hot Button referral form, you are allowing the University to collaboratively assist students in a variety of challenging ways. After assessing your referral, we coordinate a response to each individual student, which may involve working directly with the student, or finding ways to put him/her in touch with other helpful offices on-campus.
Given the volume of referrals our office manages each semester, as well as the constraints of confidentiality, please understand that we may not always be able to follow-up with every referring party. We always welcome your calls and e-mails to check up on the student you referred.
