Gary Massa
Vice President for University Relations
Gary Massa, vice president for university relations, is responsible for all phases of Xavier's development efforts and alumni relations. Massa, a 1981 Xavier undergraduate and 1984 MBA graduate, joined Xavier in June 1999. He was formerly vice president and director of marketing at the Midland Company. A former Xavier Musketeer basketball co-captain, MVP and member of the 1,000 Point Club, Massa served as color commentator of Xavier basketball on WCPO-TV for 11 seasons. A Cincinnati native, Massa lives in Anderson Township with his wife Mary and four children, Luke, Katie, Kristen and Lauren.
