Requirements

• Transfer students must complete a minimum of 30 hours from Xavier in order to obtain a BLA degree
• Pre-requisites to the MOT program include the following:
  • BIOL 140 Anatomy & Physiology I
  • BIOL 141 Anatomy & Physiology I Lab
  • BIOL 142 Anatomy & Physiology II
  • BIOL 143 Anatomy & Physiology II Lab
  • ENGL 115 Rhetoric
  • PHYS 140 Physics
  • PHYS 142 Physics Lab
  • MATH 156 Statistics for Health Care II
  • MATH 158 Statistics for Health Care II
  • PSYC 231 Developmental Psychology
  • PHIL 329 Bioethics
  • ATTR 386 Kinesiology
  • ATTR 387 Kinesiology Lab
  • BIOL 204 Neuroscience
  • All Human Occupation Studies (HOCS) courses
• Any of the above coursework completed at another accredited institution may be evaluated for credit transfer
